TestersPool Terms of Service
TestersPool is published by Innovesty (“we”).
Agreeing to these terms
By using TestersPool you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. TestersPool is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You may keep one account, and you must give a real email address and, to test apps, a Google Play email that belongs to you.
What TestersPool does
TestersPool puts developers who need testers for a Google Play closed test in touch with people who are willing to test. A developer lists an app, testers join it, install it through the developer's test link and send one screenshot of the app each day for the test period. We do not own, review or run any listed app, and we are not responsible for what it does.
No promise about Google Play
Google decides whether a closed test counts and whether an app is accepted for production. We cannot promise that the testers you get, or the testing you do, will satisfy Google's requirements, or that an app will be approved.
Credits
Credits are a virtual item in the app. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded, transferred or paid out, and are not money. They are used to list an app. A tester earns credits only after finishing every day of a test and only once the developer confirms the app is published, so we cannot promise a developer will confirm. We may change the cost of listing, the credits earned and any limits at any time.
Developers
If you list an app you confirm that it is yours or that you are allowed to test it, that it follows Google Play's policies, and that its test link works. Do not list an app that is illegal, harmful, misleading or that asks testers for money or personal data. Confirm that your app is published only when it really is.
Testers
Join an app only if you will use it. Stay opted in to the test for its whole length, really open the app each day, and send a genuine, new screenshot of the app taken that day. Do not reuse screenshots, send pictures of other apps or of anything else, or use more than one account. If you cannot continue, leave the test.
Fair play and removal
Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, make fake accounts, claim credits you did not earn, or attack the app or its server. We may refuse a screenshot, remove credits earned unfairly, remove an app from the pool, and suspend or delete any account at any time if we see suspicious activity or misuse, with or without warning. A suspended account cannot sign in and its apps leave the pool.
Buying credits
You can buy credits through Google Play. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms, and bought credits are credited to your account after Google confirms the purchase. Buying is optional, and credits are not refundable by us except where the law requires it.
Ads
You can choose to watch rewarded ads for credits. The reward is given only when you watch the ad to the end, ads are not always available, and there is a daily limit.
Your account and deleting it
You can change your details and delete your account at any time with Delete account in Profile. This deletes your apps, tests, screenshots and credits, and cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept.
Changes to the app
We may update, pause or end the app or any feature, and we may change these terms. If we change them in a way that matters we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
No promises, and limits on our liability
The app is provided as it is, without promises that it will always work or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost credits, for a test that does not meet Google's requirements, for an app being rejected, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
